-Match colors of nail polish and gel formulations as per customer specifications.

*Plans, designs and develops manufacturing tooling, machinery and capital equipment

*Evaluates and determines cost savings for design changed, local or global sourcing changes, material change, and other process improvement opportunities

* Develops time studies, cost estimating, and Basis of Estimate (BoE) generation

*Comply with and ensure department compliance with all Company policies and procedures

*Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.

*Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in the manufacturing of RF antennas. Proficient in Solidworks, Photoshop, digital photography, MS Project and MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.


*Required experience includes Lean or Six Sigma, manufacturing systems, tooling techniques, mechanical process design and validation; problem solving/root cause analysis; technical writing; statistical analysis.

*Working knowledge of ANSI, ISO, OSHA, and Mil standards desirable. Experience with RF antennas, microwave products, subsystems or systems in defense and commercial aerospace markets a plus.

*Knowledge of structural analysis and/or RF electronics is a plus
