-Organizes, supports, and develops accounts receivable/collection processes.

-Performs remaining enabling Order to Cash activities.
-Organizes supports and develops cash and collection process.
-Follows up on relevant queries/disputes resolve escalations in close cooperation with sectors.
-Provides leadership and direction to department staff.
-Responsible for compliance of ICS checks (internal control standards).
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to reconcile complex customer accounts.
