1. Processing. Items received should follow the outline of preprocessing, in store returns, and post processing as stated in the SOP
2. Troubleshooting. Items that have been attempted to be fully processed, but are missing certain aspects, including but not limited to missing receipts, label swaps, and missing labels. These should be solved on an ongoing and daily basis as time permits.
3. Cases & Consults. Entering of Cases into the Returns Tracker should be completed on a daily basis each morning by those individuals having full access. In conjunction with Cases, all team members must respond to Consults within the set SLA and follow the SOP for proper instruction. The set times for this responsibility will vary as routes and scheduling permit. Responses to Customer Service must be executed in a thoughtful and professional manner.
4. Self auditing of work. This is to be completed by the person who has entered in customer and order information and uploaded return receipts. Attention should be paid to spelling, accurate information, completeness and thoroughness. This is an individual¿s own responsibility task.
5. Documents. Filling out appropriate Forms and Trackers, refer to the SOP for links and instructions. Abiding by and referring to SOPs when questions of procedure and direction arise.

This position requires a self-starter who can build and lead a team; has experience in store retail operations, customer service, and/or operations management. We are interested in a person who will help define processes by working in the Store Operator role for a period of time, but then quickly build and analyze data to improve the current process and create new processes as our program grows. The Fulfillment Lead will manage the day-to-day operations of a team of store operators, check in with these operations employees and keep the job fun and interesting in creative ways.
