Support Document Processor

Responsible for timely and accurate quality validation for member's correspondence, including but not limited to: Operational Letters, ID cards, COBs and Welcome Kits for all members.

Establish a positive working relationship with internal and external customers by providing accurate, reliable and timely file submissions and error resolution. This is accomplished through Print Validation (PV). Review pdf images of Med D beneficiary documents for correct template and content so letters can accurately print and mail to members.

1. Act as individual contributor and team player for any Print Validation initiatives.
2. Identify and assist staff to ensure all work is performed within SLA.
3. Participate updates to the letter and enrollment grids to manage daily activities.
4. Complete and maintain tracking report of all correspondence for record-keeping.

Lead Generation CSR

Reporting to the Lead Generation Manager, the Lead Generator position consists of fielding inbound and outbound calls. When a Lead Generator has a client on the phone, they will input the lead into our system and then pre-qualify them to talk to an agent. The department is the 1st point of contact and the Lead Generator works as a funnel for the rest of the company. Lead Generators are responsible for achieving minimum metrics standards set by the management staff. They will have the ability to hit bonuses on a weekly basis as well as weekly pay for selling ancillary products.
