RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect all deliveries from loading bay, log, QC, receipt in and distribute as required. Maintain stock on shelves in a tidy
manner, executing stock rotation in appropriate date order. Record all stock movements and stock issues using Excel
spreadsheets. Ensure accurate data entry.
• Review stock sheet and order stock as required via the Web Requisition system. Order in a timely manner taking account
of lead times. Conduct a monthly stock count and record on monthly stock sheet. Monitor stock levels to ensure the
minimum stock level is not breached.
• Operate all Inventory Control systems e.g. Peoplesoft,
• Pre-assemble work order stock and pick stores requisitions for all areas.
• Liaise with internal customers, suppliers, and the Purchasing and Finance departments on all stock related issues.
• Progress outstanding orders and escalate to supervisor for guidance.
• Follow department SOPs.

Completes repacks and verifies repacks when needed.

Ensures retains are rotated and purged.

- Recording shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes
- Preparing special shipping containers, cases or packing materials
- Confirming and recording the receipt of shipments
- Preparing, receiving or shipping reports and noting any shortages or damages for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping purposes
- Managing the inter-departmental transport of materials within the warehouse facility
- Performing activities to monitor and maintain inventory control of merchandise or materials
- Evaluating warehouse inventory levels and notifies purchasing agent when reorders are necessary
- Maintaining inventory records and prepares reports

Qualifications:

- 2 + Years experience

We have openings on first shift. Hours are Monday- Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. with potential for overtime

Pay for this position is 10.00 hr plus overtime as needed. This is a long-term opportunity.
