Job Description:
Resolve Customer Service Inquiries including claims and billing issues.
Meet predefined goals and metrics related to the business.
Possess working knowledge of claims review and processing.
Ability to work well in a fast paced growth focused insurance industry.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED.
Must be available to work any assigned shift Mon-Fri between 7 AM – 7 PM CST.
1+ years of data entry on computerized keyboard systems up to 60 WPM.
1 + years of Call Center Industry experience.
1+ years of working knowledge in the behavioral health industry.
Must be willing to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Possess PC and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn new and complex computer systems.
Hours/Salary:
Full time, 40 hours a week (1 week training... TRAINING HOURS Mon- FRI 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; WORKING Hours are Mon-Fri anytime between 7:00 am - 7:00 PM)

• 4+ Years of Experience
• Transportation experience a plus. strong computer skills, analytical thinking and multi tasking.
