Experience: Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, Associates preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a high level customer service role
- Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints while interacting with management, customers, other employees of the organization, and the general public
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in making sound, independent decisions while also working as a team player
- Ability to coordinate and synchronize multiple projects and maintain consistency and quality in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Positions will be Monday – Friday. Shifts may begin as early as 8:00 am and some will end as late as 7:00 pm. All shifts are 8 hour shifts. These positions are temp-to-hire opportunities.
