JOB SUMMARY
This position welds a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron and iron alloys. In accordance with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (2012 ed.), Sec. 8, Div. 1, sets up and operates basic welding equipment to fuse and connect parts together as specified in engineering drawings. Typical Duties:
1. Collects and distributes wire, insulating paper, leads, and other necessary materials needed to wind coil orders.
2. Verifies that issued materials are the proper size/part number and checks for damage and proper quantity.
3. Returns all unused materials to their designated locations insuring that materials are properly marked so that inventory accuracy is maintained.
4. Must be familiar with the stockroom locating/stocking system and how to gain access using department PC and the SAP system.
5. Operates paper sheeter machine to cut insulating paper to specified length sheets.
6. Sets up and operates the paper slitting machine which cuts rolls of paper for coil winding operation.
7. Operates several machines for sizing, cutting and drilling materials used in the winding process. Assembles kits for coil orders and fills bins of stock coil materials.
8. Turn tests coils and verifies they have been wound per the winding sheet.
9. Cuts aluminum and copper leads.
10. Assembles metal and box forms as required for daily secondary winding production and stores forms after use in their proper location.
11. Based upon pressite production orders received, determines sequence and grouping of part numbers to be produced in order to maximize efficiency and minimize scrap. Uses four-bar slitter and band saw to cut and crease pressite.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to perform all of the duties listed above with acceptable quality and quantity. The incumbent in this position must be well organized, have good communication skills, and be persistent in the face of obstacles. This position has primary responsibility for optimizing product flow throughout the department and maximizing the productivity of coil winding personnel. This position requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and to constructively interact with fellow employees in satisfaction of their needs. This position involves collecting the specific types and amounts of materials from coil winding stocking points and delivering to each machine operator to minimize operator downtime. Parts vary from lightweight lead wire and paper to wire barrels weighing up to 700 pounds, requiring lift trucks and overhead cranes to move. The operator may operate several machines including paper cutter, shears, turns tester, and freight elevator. Must be able to read and understand winding sheets, use a micrometer, use network based computer programs, accurately maintain records and obtain a forklift license

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, friendly, customer service oriented people who love interacting with large groups of people and we have a wide variety of hosting positions available.

Join the All-Star Ambassador Team as a Guest Relations Host helping provide event information and directional services; ticket-taking, gift distribution, hospitality and administrative assistance throughout the event.

Or for those with a love of the Game, as an Interactive Host at the ultimate hockey fan fun zone, NHL Fan Fair, helping facilitate guest participation at the skill-testing and interactive activities, providing instruction, information, directional assistance and other guest services.

Works closely with other team members to exceed customer satisfaction and service expectations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:MATERIAL HANDLER/ WAREHOUSE OPERATOR/ CHERRY PICKER
*Responsible to maintain a smooth flow of stock to production on a timely basis by filling requisitions to receive, store and track incoming stock, supplies and materials and to transport these materials into and throughout the facility utilizing a variety of material handling equipment.
*Works closely with other team members to exceed customer satisfaction and service expectations.
*Fill requisitions for raw stock and base stock working from specific written and oral instructions including using scale to weigh raw stock.
*Safely operate all plant material handling equipment and transport materials to and from production.
*Receive and document incoming deliveries by verifying count, inspecting for damage and issuing proper paperwork for inventory and pricing and when acceptable, transfer into stock area for storage.
*Assist with physical inventory on a regular basis. â?¢ Maintain list of low stock items and communicate to proper personnel. *Monitor non-inventory supplies such as carbon, cartons and pallets.
*Coordinate with Production Team to prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.

This position requires the set up and operation of bindery and production equipment used in the fabrication of office print shop materials. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Self starter and can work independently.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate equipment according to the work orders.
Mail sortation and traying.
Completion of production and print shop paperwork.
Maintenance of a clean work area.
Operate the folders, cutters, bursters and/or other Bindery equipment on the production floor.
Prepares, sorts and inserts non-automated mailings during the assigned time frames, to the quality standards established by the Operations Manager and Production Supervisor.
Make trial runs and inspect product to verify accuracy of machine setup.
Observes operation to detect machine malfunctions and makes adjustments as required.
Must have previous at least 3 year of previous Bindery experience.
