The position will travel to customer lawns in order to aerate and overseed the lawn. The spreader and seed bags that go in it can weigh up to 50 pounds and the position will require walking many miles per day (added up across all stops).

The Customer Care Specialist major focus is to provide excellent customer service by assisting members utilize their benefits as well as perform sales efforts as required. As a part of this position, Specialists could be cross-trained into department that may require some selling, however, this position is primarily about providing a great customer service experience for our members.

Members are solicited through online direct marketing methods, with our partner’s bank branches, or directly at retailers we partner with. Through marketing, the this client has various techniques that are used to invite customers to join our memberships or services. When the trial membership expires, the member is charged the associated fee directly to their credit card and or debit account. The Customer Care Specialist position has certain metrics to meet that include, but are not limited such as call quality metrics, minimum attendance requirements, in addition to the sales goals if applicable.

Training: This client will provide all of the new Specialists with a minimum of three weeks, fully paid training. Trainees are trained and measured with sales goals, quality guidelines, and solid professional performance.

Regular Pay: Customer Care Specialist start out at an hourly rate of $12.50 per hour and can earn $13.00 per hour upon successful completion of a 90 day introductory period given the employee is in good Standing. In addition, The Customer Care Specialist will earn a shift differential (10%) for any hours worked after 6:00pm during the week and any hours worked on the weekend.

Bonus Incentives: There is also the ability to earn additional wages through department incentive plans. The average incentive is approximately $200-$400 per month for new hires and it is completely based on individual performance.

Position Requirements: Applicants must have customer service and/or sales experience, as well as a high school diploma or GED. Call center and retention experience is preferred, but not required.

Hours: All membership agents must be flexible enough to work during our operation hours of 8:00am-11:00pm Monday-Friday and 9:00am-8:00pm on Saturday. Customer Care Specialist may be required to work on Saturdays and some holidays.

As a Cirque du Soleil Prep Cook you will be responsible for the cold table bar, and assisting the Chefs with prep tasks for food on the hot line. Responsibilities for this Prep Cook job include:

• Prepare cold and hot sections of the kitchen service line
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
• Prepare salads and dressings, cold cuts, cheeses, basic salad items, i.e. green salads, vegetables, pasta and potato salads, tuna and chicken salads, etc.
• Carve and trim meats such as beef, veal, ham, pork, and lamb for hot or cold service, or for sandwiches
• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
• Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods smelling, or piercing them with utensils
• Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
• Open and close the cold bar, turn table on and off and control its temperature frequently
• Receive and put away food deliveries
• Clean and organize prep-area; clean and organize prep fridge; mop back of Kitchen floors; throw out garbage, compost, and recycling
• Assist in other areas as needed and assigned by other Cirque du Soleil Kitchen Manager and Head-Chef and/or Adecco On-Site staff

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Must 2 years hands on kitchen experience or effective combination of education and experience
• Experience working the hot line / grill section
• Experience working in the cold larder / salad bar section in professional catering or a busy restaurant environment is essential
• Culinary skills and techniques for preparing small and large quantities of food
• Strong knife skills are essential; must wear own non-slip shoes, chef's coats and pants
• Ability to handle and prepare a variety of raw and cooked foods
• Willingness and knowledge to work with international ingredients
• Strong understanding and compliance with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment
• Ability to work well under pressure and take direction
• Motivated team player with good initiative and problem solving abilities
• Assist in other areas as needed and assigned by other Cirque Kitchen Manager and Head-Chef;
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings and weekends

• Running errands using a Cirque provided vehicle
• Do all the errands, sourcing, purchasing, buying, pickup and delivery of local purchases

• Help the Purchasing & Administration Coordinator (PAC) sourcing local suppliers for the next market

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Must be no less than 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Possess excellent knowledge of local area and know places to source technical supplies in a timely manner
• Knowledge of construction/technical materials a big plus
• Have good logistical and organizational abilities and be able to work under pressure and on changing schedule
• Potential for heavy lifting
• Trustworthy, honest, punctual, and reliable
• Maintain a clean and well groomed appearance
• Perform task quickly and efficiently

Shifts vary for setup and teardown periods, need open availability; typical show run shifts are approximately Tuesday - Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm (again, may vary).
