This may include product photography as well as all e-commerce driven marketing photography. This position will work with a larger creative team and will need to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs image retouching which includes, clean up, outlining, merging multiple images when needed, color correction/shifting
Perform naming and archival of images according to agreed upon process for product photography as well as marketing photography
Ability to receive creative direction from Associate Art Director, Art Director, or Assistant Photographer and make amends where necessary

Accountabilities in this role • Manage workflow to insure timely release of engineering change orders (ECO’s) and engineering variance approvals (EVA’s). Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment. • Review and process ECO’s and EVA’s • Create, coordinate and maintain all controlled document files, both hard copy and electronic versions. Maintain security controls on all documents. • Identify and implement improvements to document management system. • Participate in or lead special documentation projects as assigned. • Aid in training personnel regarding the document control system. Qualifications • BS or equivalent required • Minimum three to five years related documentation experience in the medical device industry. • Familiar with documentation control requirements as defined in the QSR, 21 CFR Part 820 for medical devices. • Strong proficiency in MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word.
