Overview
Client is seeking an experienced and self-directed Usability Testing Consultant to coordinate and conduct usability tests for 4-6 projects over a 3-4-month period. The purpose of the usability tests is to confirm whether the intended users of the websites or applications can easily accomplish their goals, and to determine whether there are critical issues or areas of confusion that need to be addressed. Usability tests will be conducted in person or remotely through online meeting service with test takers, institutions and internal staff.

Responsibilities
• Meet with client stakeholders and become familiar with the various websites and applications that are being usability tested
• Plan the tasks and write usability testing scripts for each project
• Coordinate with recruiting vendor and/or client administrative staff to ensure that usability testing participants are recruited, scheduled, confirmed and paid and that consent forms are received
• Coordinate with administrative staff to reserve conference rooms and other logistics
