The Shift Supervisor will supervise all plant production and departments, to include employee relations, housekeeping, product quality, and food and plant safety while always keeping in mind customer needs. The incumbent will support other company managers in all business related initiatives at the direction of the Plant Superintendent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Customer Relations:
• The Shift Supervisor will perform all duties in a manner which always keeps customer needs as the first priority.

II. Production:
• Plan and direct production priorities and sequences. Administer daily schedules and revise as circumstances dictate.
• Make sure that the extruders are running the correct products.
• Every day, review with the packing room employees the daily packing list and check as the day goes on with the progress.

• Train all direct reports to effectively and efficiently perform their respective job functions.
• Recommend plant rules designed to assure a safe working environment for all plant employees while protecting all phases of the company and its business.

IV. Maintenance:
• Check with Maintenance every day on maintenance problems.
• Report maintenance problems and issue work orders as needed.
• Observe operators to ensure that they are doing daily maintenance on machinery.

V. Sanitation & Housekeeping:
• Make sure production employees are following Pro-Pet’s Sanitation Program and standards
• Initiate Sanitation Work Orders when needed.
• Implement Sanitation Work Orders including those initiated by the QA staff in a timely thorough manner.

VI. Administration:
• Assist and advise all plant administrative staff in performing inventory control and other plant related administrative duties as needed and in full compliance with company policies.

VII. Quality:
• Working with the QA Supervisor, monitor Quality Polices and Procedures to assure conformance to all product quality specifications.
• Take corrective action as needed to insure quality specifications are achieved at all times.
• Train and develop all plant employees to create an atmosphere that quality is very important.
VIII. Safety:
• Monitor safety programs and procedures.

Implementation Project Manager- Chain/ OP Accounts
Description: The candidate will be part of the chain/ outpatient implementation team under the leadership of the Manager of Chain/ OP Implementations. The main focus of this position is to provide Project Management and Governance for medium to large-size implementations of multi-site Retail Chains or Out-Patient pharmacies on MPS technology which includes EnterpriseRx, its associated modules and Point of Sale system. The Implementation Project Management will carry overall responsibility for the timeliness and cost of implementation projects assigned.
Key Responsibilities include:

1) Collaborate with the Implementation Consultant in producing an Implementation Project Plan in accordance with best practices of the MPS Implementation Team.
2) Keep the Project within the parameters of the Project Plan via task assignments, follow up, and Project Status meetings.
3) Utilize a standard Change Management process to identify any material changes to the project, their impact, and proper action items as a result.
4) Ability to manage Project Management duties for up to 5 accounts concurrently and up to 10 during a fiscal year.
5) Ability to indirectly manage cross-functional teams and resources assigned to the project that include other Implementation resources, Customer Operations, Business Segment and R&D teams.
6) Provide reporting to direct management on project status, project metrics, financial impacts, projects risks and mitigation to ensure timely and predictable revenue recognition on Chain and Out-Patient accounts assigned.
7) Forecast and Manage within time and dollar budgets assigned to the project to ensure that project stays within forecast values.
Requirements:

1) 3+ Years? experience as a Project Manager for medium to large-sized B2B technology projects or related demonstrable skills and experience.
2) Direct Implementation experience of MPS technologies is preferred. Ideally the candidate would have handled business-to-business implementations with total contract values of 250k - $2m. With progressive experience may handle up to $15m dollar in TCV.
3) Proven executive interface skills. Must have the ability to handle and eliminate most project obstacles directly with the customer project team and other internal MPS teams.
4) Facilitation Skills are required. The candidate will be required to lead regular Project Status meetings and collaborate with the Implementation Consultant on the Phase Gate Meetings.
5) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and customer teams.
6) MS Project and SharePoint 2010 knowledge is preferred.
7) Minimum Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience
