Salesforce analyst responsible for application SalesForce application support for a custom enterprise application developed on Salesforce.com?s Force.com platform.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*Provide application support responding to high priority issues and developing minor enhancements.
*Responsible for environment management (dev, QA, production) as well as code deployments for the various environments.
*Requires significant collaboration with internal IT organizations as well as the business partner so effective interpersonal skills are required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*B.S. (prefer Computer Science/MIS) with a demonstrated record of academic excellence.
*3-5 years of professional IT related experience with demonstrated increasing responsibilities.
*2+ years professional application support experience.
*1+ year of supporting Salesforce related applications.
*Demonstrated knowledge of Apex, javascript, HTML and Visualforce.
*Experience with Service Cloud; Salesforce user administration experience.
*Previous Salesforce deployment experience.
*Desirable Qualifications SF Dev 401 and SF Dev 501 certifications,

HOURS Full Time - 8:00am to 5:00 pm
