*To ensure that all clients meet the company's requirements regarding the Table of Denials listing.

*To promote and develop the involvement of the credit control department in sales and marketing activities.

*To assist with the design and production of reports for management.

*To assist with special projects as and when required.

*Deputize for Credit Control Team Leader as required.




REQUIRED:

JOB SUMMARY:

*Reviewing the incoming and outgoing files or documents for completeness and discrepancies before being sent to the file room.

*In discovering discrepancies or ensuring the completeness of files or documents, help to reduce the amount of errors, thus meeting quality standards set forth by the manager.

*Preparing documents to be scanned by dividing files into categories of paper size and type and inserting bar codes to determine the number of pages per document.

*Working with the Senior Imaging Specialist or Manager regarding documents not on the document type list. Deleting or indexing any documents that are improperly scanned or indexed in the system.

*Scanning the prepared documents to create images that are then indexed.

*Assigning a code to the scanned documents for retrieval purposes, which indicates the type of document, the date, and any comments.

*Sending original documents to headquarters for filing.

*Performing various other clerical functions related to the imaging process, such as copying documents, shredding, and printing bar codes and cover sheets.

*Maintaining office file records and performs other basic office duties. Answering questions regarding the retrieval of documents from the system.

*Making changes to contracts within DocExpress.


Required Qualifications:

*This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent GED certificate.

*Ability to file documents accurately.

*Ability to effectively manage numerous tasks.

The primary duty of this position is to work in tandem with the Account Executive team. - Above average language skills required. Must be able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
- Basic mathematical skills required.
- Must be detail oriented, schedule sensitive, and organized.
- Must have experience on a PC and have advanced working knowledge of software to accomplish task. Software proficiency must include the Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher. Must also have dynamic and proficient ability to learn new software applications.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in an appropriate manner. Must have excellent communication skills to interface with internal and external customers. Also must be able to assess data accurately efficiently.
