Collaborate closely with the Technical Center to support lab activities as these pertain to turbo validation and performance activities. Apply the turbocharger group’s standard work, including completion of PRA / TRA with supplier, and propose and/or implement improvements as needed. Responsible to insure APQP, FMEA, DVP&R and other standard NPI processes are followed in the development and release of turbocharger product. Responsible to work with turbo supplier, Core Engine, EPC, L5 team and others to resolve NPI and CPI Issues in a timely manner. The primary responsibility of this position is to work with designers and analysts to plan, set up, and execute structural durability field and lab tests for dynamically loaded light structures and engine installations - to perform experimental modal analysis tests, to analyze test data, to document results and to provide recommendations for improving product durability. The individual will be responsible for executing their own test work as well as assisting other engineers with setting up and running their tests. An important part of the position is to make contributions to resolving complex, sometimes challenging structural & dynamic issues. This job may be asked at times to execute or support driveline dynamics tests. Travel is required, but is typically less than 25%. In addition, the individual will be expected to work to maintain a safe and professional work environment, participating regularly in safety inspections and identifying ways to perform the job more safely.

Qualifications:

*BS in engineering required.

*5 years of experience in dynamics & vibrations.

*2 years of experience with off highway equipment or engine structural testing.

*Strong initiative, good communication skills & interpersonal skills.

*Excellent teamwork, customer focus, planning skills, and familiarity with Client's products.

*Strong analytical and problem solving skills with prior experience in structural dynamics testing and/or prior machine development experience.

*Experience with digital signal processing, signal analysis, and fatigue analysis.

*Software experience with DATK, ProE, VisView and standard MS Office programs.

Responsibilities include: - Perform structural system analysis and simulation for structural integrity, response, performance, and service life of aftertreatment and/or cooling components and systems. Provide product design and development teams with timely conclusions and best actionable recommendations and solutions. Work to continuously improve the accuracy of analysis processes and tools. Qualifications:

*MS in Mechanical Engineering or Related Engineering Field required.

Adecco Engineering & Technical is looking to hire a Mechanical Product Test and Evaluation Engineer with Agricultural or Heavy Machinery / Construction equipment experience on a CONTRACT basis four a client based out of Moline, IL! In this position the person will be assigned to complete a series of lab and field tests. The work includes ensuring the lab tests have clearly defined acceptance criteria, clearly defined procedures, and then working with our wage technician workforce to ensure the activities are carried out per the procedure and all the appropriate data is gathered from the activity and properly analyzed. The contract engineer will summarize the results of the activity and submit an activity report. In addition, the contract engineer will be asked to help other performance engineers evaluate and assess lab and field data gathered from various tests. The contract engineer will also work with PV&V test engineers to help them close out test reports by working with the engineer to gather data from previously run tests, summarize the data, and issuing final test reports from. Engineering Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include: •Provides accurate and courteous consultation to callers via phone, email, or fax on routine requests related to the repair and operation of dispensing system and/or dish machine components. •Maintains knowledge of available dispensing equipment and component parts to make recommendations on available options to meet customer requirements. •Works with customer to identify and resolve technical issues by researching information in technical manuals, mainframe or internal specification database to identify parts and components. •Transfer complex or difficult calls promptly to supervisor or higher trained staff. •Organize, maintain, and update technical reference information, parts manuals, or other technical literature. •Communicate with Technical Service staff on part number or equipment specification changes. •Tracks issues, identify trends and works with Engineering, Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations on equipment quality issues and specification changes. QUALIFICATIONS: •Education Requirement: Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent. A two year Technical College degree in a trade field (Electrical, Plumbing, Electronics) is strongly preferred. •Years of Experience Required: zero to four years of work experience in a technical/trade/engineering or customer service job area. •Demonstrated problem solving skills. •Experience working with BOM or Specifications systems a plus. •Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
