Financial Support Analyst

This role supports the Prime Services Trading desk. Products traded include: domestic and international equities and fixed income products, foreign exchange, listed derivatives, exchange traded funds, OTC and exchange traded options, convertibles and swaps. The Product Controller will work closely with trade support, technology, financial control and other infrastructure areas to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the trading desks¿ results including daily P&L reporting, management commentaries, and exception processing
Other responsibilities may include:

¿ P&L Validation and Analysis (including clean P&L), Journal Entry and Review
¿ Commentary (PnL, clean PnL, price testing, inventory analysis)

Create a MS Access database to simplify current reporting processes that sit in MS Excel. Current processes involves 8+ hours per month of manual data manipulation in Excel to produce the customer reporting data files needed to load into Hyperion.

The current process is heavily dependent on combining a series of large files that filter data to create several iterations of pivot tables that are pasted into additional files which ultimately create CSV files for loading data to Hyperion. This process is extremely manual and difficult to prevent errors in calculations along the way.

Adecco is currently assisting an international client in their search to fill a Financial (Glidepath) Analyst III position in Durham/RTP, NC. This is a temporary 9 month opportunity. The Glidepath Analyst is a new position that will manage Facilities Management (FM) savings commitments from third party vendors and develop metrics that will be reported to the

The Glidepath Analyst will track and analyze FM costs for Cisco’s global real estate portfolio, both baseline and yearly spend, in order to measure FM service providers’ progress toward contractual savings.
As the real estate portfolio changes, Cisco will need to understand how those changes affect the baseline and savings commitments. This is a key role, requiring strong analytical, contract management, communication, and organizational skills. Worker must be based in RTP and be prepared to work onsite

Responsibilities for the Glidepath Analyst III include:

•Manage the FM Baseline — make sure that any additions/deletions/changes to the
Cisco portfolio are reflected in the baseline.
• Track the FM spend as it relates to RE portfolio changes, FM scope changes and the accompanying service level modifications.
• Change management of the Global Master Services Agreement and scope of services;
for example to determine whether changes fall within the scope of the contract or are additional service requests.
• Analyze service providers’ purchase orders and allocate to expense, geographic, and/or functional categories, and determine whether expenses are demand -¬- driven or a function of standard business processes.
• Develop metrics to measure service provider performance, as necessary.
•Create quarterly /annual reports and present to WPR.
•Attend regular Governance meetings and present glidepath progress and key trends that impact Cisco’s FM organization.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and participate in projects related to FM spend
• Regularly review performance of service providers to ensure compliance with vendor contract and WPR policies and procedures with respect to the glidepath spend.
• Assist in accounting review of complex business transactions; perform technical accounting
research.
• Negotiate with service providers over spend associated the facilities management services.
• Work closely with service providers, senior WPR staff, finance and Global Procurement Services on all of the above.
• Analyze and collate all invoice submissions to ensure they are broken down in alignment and
reconcile against Cisco’s FETCH reporting.
• Participate in the development of an audit program to be conducted by WPR for aspects of the
glidepath, as well as supporting and contributing to other audits that are conducted within Cisco
as they relate to FM spend.

Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst II include:

• Require prior experience in day to day payroll preferably with over 5000 employees

• Work with payroll staff on researching things or need their help on paying employees correctly

Will also have to work on deciphering budgets for an acquisition
• There may be a need to juggle working on more than one company at the same time, be able to keep things straight with good documentation.
• Keep documents up to date as changes in processes occur
• Work with the leads to assist them on the integration of the acquisitions.

Required skills:

Ideal candidate will have experience with multiple payroll systems - the more diverse systems experience will be helpful in this role (for example, ADP platforms, Paychex, etc)

Financial Analyst

Billing Clerk

Adecco is NOW HIRING for a Billing Clerk for a manufacturing company located in Scottdale, PA!

Responsibilities for the Billing Clerk include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare weekly and monthly invoices
- Review and make necessary corrections to invoices
- Generate, sort and organize time and materials report
- Communicate with management and customers regarding errors or questions on invoices and time sheets
- Maintain all record of all billable invoices
- Assist with processing of credit card payments and weekly reconciliation of invoices
- Provide administrative support to the department as needed

Candidates must meet the following Billing Clerk requirements for consideration:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance or 1-3 years of related work experience

Customer Service Representative - (Monday-Friday)

This is a global Fortune 500 Company. Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246
Hours: Monday – Friday will work between 8:00am –7:00pm

Retirement and Distribution Services deals with a lot of involved project work. This project work can encompass everything between individualized work, excel work, phone work (outbound and inbound), as well as collaboration to a larger team. Must be a self starter, motivated, detailed orientated person.

Required:
4 Yr College Degree, Well spoken and confident with previous CSR experience
Some testing required

Training will be for 3 weeks. Most of the day spent on the phone but will have some email follow up when necessary.

Must be able to answer the following questions:
1. Tell me about a time you dealt with an irate customer and how you handled and resolved the issue.
2. Describe your idea of customer service
3. Tell me a time you went above and beyond to assist a customer
4. What type of customer systems have you worked on?
5. What are your main strengths and weaknesses
6. What is the daily call volume you managed on a daily basis
