Adecco is currently assisting an international client in their search to fill a Financial (Glidepath) Analyst III position in Durham/RTP, NC. This is a temporary 9 month opportunity. The Glidepath Analyst is a new position that will manage Facilities Management (FM) savings commitments from third party vendors and develop metrics that will be reported to the

The Glidepath Analyst will track and analyze FM costs for Cisco’s global real estate portfolio, both baseline and yearly spend, in order to measure FM service providers’ progress toward contractual savings.
As the real estate portfolio changes, Cisco will need to understand how those changes affect the baseline and savings commitments. This is a key role, requiring strong analytical, contract management, communication, and organizational skills. Worker must be based in RTP and be prepared to work onsite

Responsibilities for the Glidepath Analyst III include:

•Manage the FM Baseline — make sure that any additions/deletions/changes to the
Cisco portfolio are reflected in the baseline.
• Track the FM spend as it relates to RE portfolio changes, FM scope changes and the accompanying service level modifications.
• Change management of the Global Master Services Agreement and scope of services;
for example to determine whether changes fall within the scope of the contract or are additional service requests.
• Analyze service providers’ purchase orders and allocate to expense, geographic, and/or functional categories, and determine whether expenses are demand -¬- driven or a function of standard business processes.
• Develop metrics to measure service provider performance, as necessary.
•Create quarterly /annual reports and present to WPR.
•Attend regular Governance meetings and present glidepath progress and key trends that impact Cisco’s FM organization.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and participate in projects related to FM spend
• Regularly review performance of service providers to ensure compliance with vendor contract and WPR policies and procedures with respect to the glidepath spend.
• Assist in accounting review of complex business transactions; perform technical accounting
research.
• Negotiate with service providers over spend associated the facilities management services.
• Work closely with service providers, senior WPR staff, finance and Global Procurement Services on all of the above.
• Analyze and collate all invoice submissions to ensure they are broken down in alignment and
reconcile against Cisco’s FETCH reporting.
• Participate in the development of an audit program to be conducted by WPR for aspects of the
glidepath, as well as supporting and contributing to other audits that are conducted within Cisco
as they relate to FM spend.

Job Description: The Loan Processor is the primary point of contact for the Customer once the loan has been registered and completed by the Loan Officer. Throughout the process the Processor will utilize Commerce technology systems to support the workflow of verifying and documenting the Customers application information in accordance with our investor and or company requirements. Conducts introductory calls to Customer within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the loan from the Loan Officer. Manages and monitors pipeline to ensure cycle times from loan application to funding are within required standards. Performs weekly follow-up and pipeline review with Loan Officer to discuss details of all loans in progress and to schedule closing dates. Accountable for reviewing all documentation prior to submitting loan to Underwriting for review to ensure that it meets investor guidelines.

Requirements:

Job description:
IB Risk Weighted Asset Reporting, Compliance and MIS
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of the Pillar I and III Compliance reports to the Consolidation team in Zurich for IB. The role will also involve performing ad hoc additional analysis on these numbers when required.
- Working with various Legal Entity controllers on specific capital related numbers which need to be reflected in the legal ledger
- Performing ad hoc analysis on potential RWA methodology changes
- Preparing of a number of capital specific templates which form part of the monthly submission
- Being involved in frequent (usually daily) interface with Traders, Risk Managers and COOs on impact of new trades and/or hedges. Managing queries independently.


Reconciliation
- Supporting the Basel III Gross exposure to Balance sheet Ledger reconciliation effort. This is a key control in ensuring that our overall Basel II capital numbers are complete and accurate.
- Performing a variety of analysis?s on RWA numbers to explain movements

Other Regulatory Reporting
- Preparing various ad hoc analysis reports for various regulatory bodies / institutions based on our Basel III numbers e.g. S&P, FINMA

New Business
Supporting the production lead in assessing the Basel III capital impact of new structures within the Investment bank. This will involve working closely with various groups involved in the new business process e.g. Front Office, Product Control, Accounting Policy Group, Regulatory Policy Group, Legal Entity Controllers etc


Requirements:

- BA in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA (desired)
-3+ years of Reporting/Analyst experience
- 5 - 10 years Finance Industry experience (Big 4 accounting experience a plus)

The Merchandise Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining sales, inventory and margin plans that tie to financial targets for an assigned Sub-Brand/Category. - Build/refine a class/sub-class plan based on guidance from Category and Attribute plans

- Analyze and reflect current trends in performance of strategy based on actual sales performance; revise in-season plans for sales and profitability, control inventory levels
- Analyze performance for area of responsibility relative to performance of plan and trend for both period and season sales, margin and inventory
- Prepare recommendations and alternatives for key financial meetings/decisions in order to maximize sales and margin and optimize inventory productivity, in partnership with Merchant.
