Job Description:

Receives, reviews, processes, books and maintains files for all loan packages with accuracy and compliance to regulation and bank policy. Accurately works with loan/lease servicing systems, wires, ledgers and transactions as they relate to loan servicing. Identifies, audits, investigates and rectifies departmental discrepancies. Answers phones, filing, data entry and other general clerical duties as required. Provides exceptional customer service.
Receiving inbound calls (95%) and making some outbound (5%) for the Mortgage and Consumer Loan Dept., will be processing status updates, resolving minor customer complaints/issues


Experience/Skillset:


*High school diploma or equivalent

*2 years of mortgage and/or consumer loan processing experience

*Proficient with MS Word, Outlook and Excel

*Previous experience with customer service and call center an asset
