The Patient Account Representative II (PAR II) is generally responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Medicare patient accounts receivable billing and collections. Requirements:
Experienced Financial Software Development Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience leading diverse complex projects.
Must be very familiar and experienced with following PMI standards and guidelines.
PMP or other Project Management certified a plus.
Must be able to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
Must be able to oversee all aspects of multiple projects by providing direction and support to project teams.
Experience leading major software development projects with multiple teams including IT, Accounting, and Business. Knowledge of Actuarial modeling a plus.
Must be a leader and customer centric. Must be able to lead/document/record large meetings.
Must be an expert in Microsoft project and be able to plan, manage, track deliverables, plan resources, and report on complex projects.
Must be a problem solver and be willing to take the initiative to drive the success of a project.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
Must have the ability to determine complex requirements, write Project Charters, Scope Documents, Business Requirement documents, Change Requests, and Lessons Learned documents.
