Assist with food prep task, i.e. peeling potatoes, carrots, etc. Assist with set-up and/or tear down if asked. Experience with washing dishes in a community kitchen environment. Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment. PREP COOKS will prepare salads and dressings, cold cuts/cheeses, cheese platters, sandwich prep.
