We have an immediate opportunity available for Retail Sales Operations Representative in and around FLORENCE, AL. Rep duties include stocking cellular phone products at locations, demonstrating data and products and being knowledgeable of Verizon Wireless Pricing. Hired employees will be trained on products and services and qualifying customers for updates and/or add-a-line. Retail Sales Rep will maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments throughout the company impacting the indirect channel.

This position supports National Retailers such as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Target, Radio Shack and Best Buy under the supervision of an Indirect Account Manager. Retail Sales Operations Rep will complete 3-4 visits per day and complete a store visit report form for each visit. Thereafter the Rep will follow up with the Indirect account Manager every morning to review previous days forms and visits. Operations Rep will be responsible for meeting and exceeding regional sales objectives through the management and implementation of all sales, marketing, merchandising, and advertising/promotional programs. Reliable transportation is required and must be able to cover multiple locations during a single day. (You must have a CLEAN driving record)

Retail Hours and Work Schedule
Retail Sales Operations Reps will be required to meet customer needs while exceeding service expectations. Working hours are 10:00am to 7:00pm (Monday through Saturday) and 11:00am to 7:00pm on Sunday. Work schedules will vary from week to week with some holidays being required. You will be required to work any day of the week.

Responsibilities:
? Execute daily shopping tasks and inventory validation checks, using a range of mobile devices
? Works closely with Store Managers/Employees, Store Leads for ongoing product/process feedback
? Works directly with retail store managers to integrate operations processes, troubleshoot issues, report feedback to the Store Operations Lead
? Work with the design team to test new operational processes and provide key insights and quality feedback
? Work with the Field Operations Lead to manage hardware assets used for in store processes
? Must be available for retail hours: 6am-10pm, 4-5 days/week (covered by multiple shifts), spread through different locations – approximately 40 hours a week

The qualified candidates will be performing in store audits once a month.candidates must be between the ages 21 to 25, must have a valid drivers license and their own transporation. Candidates must complete a 13 minute training video and quiz to get a "checker id" code. The pre-determine routes must be completed in one day and in the order on the print out. Adecco is currently searching for qualified DRIVERS and TWIC holders to fill assignments in possible temp-to-perm positions. NOTE: These positions are not CDL drivers or truck drivers - you will be moving cars around a closed facility at the Port of Baltimore. Although the primary responsibility of this position is driving, there are opportunities to provide light technical services as well as some installation and modifications.

Requirements include the following:
*MUST be a TWIC holder, or be willing to obtain one.
*MUST be able to drive manual transmission (stick shift) - you will be tested on your abilities on the first day and sent home if you do not pass the test
*MUST have a current valid driver's license
*MUST have a clean driving record - no more than one (1) moving violation in the past three (3) years & no suspensions/revocations in the last five (5) years
*MUST be flexible to work possible mandatory OT as required as determined per production levels ***MUST be able to pass drug/background screenings***
