*Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 & 2003 (2007/2010 is a plus). Must be proficient at creating users, moving mailboxes, distribution groups, public folders (including email enabling), SMTP virtual server, email connectors. EXMerge, Wireless ActiveSync, and backup.

*Knowledge/experience of backup systems. Must be proficient at architecting, installing, and supporting server backup systems. Including various backup options like Exchange, SQL, Open File, and Disaster Recovery. Must be proficient at designing off-site media rotations.

*Knowledge/experience of firewall systems. Must be proficient at architecting, installing, and troubleshooting firewall systems for multi-server/service environments. Also, must be proficient at site-to-site and client-to-site VPN technologies; including designing, setup, and support. Sonicwall, Cisco, and Netscreen experience is a plus.

*Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Outlook 2000, XP, 2003 (2007 is a plus). Proficient at setting up MAPI, RPC over HTTP, POP3, and IMAP connections. Also, proficiency of archiving, importing and exporting, working with PST, and OST.

*Strong knowledge of the installation, maintenance, and support of anti-virus and anti-spyware tools. -Must be able to quickly remedy infected computer systems.

*Knowledge/experience supporting mobile users. Laptop, PDA, PDA-Phones (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Blackberry, Palm), push email, helping remote users (over the phone) who are in hotel rooms work on technical issues like accessing Internet, email, etc.

*Knowledge/experience configuring, migrating, and troubleshooting Windows user profiles.
