YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE


*As an Ice Cream Maker/ Production Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for operating, cleaning, and providing general maintenance and upkeep for a variety of equipment; these functions include a variety of duties and responsibilities that are directly, or indirectly, linked to the safest production of the highest quality ice cream products possible.

*Ensure the highest quality product by performing all required procedures, quality checks and documentation to meet specifications.

*Disassemble, clean/sanitize and reassemble all required equipment.

*Maintain line housekeeping and sanitation including performing CIP/COP hookups.

*Set up, maintain, monitor, and adjust equipment as necessary to maintain product, quality, and safety specifications.

*Conduct required quality checks on product. Communicate and interact with others in a manner consistent with the company's Grooves and 'I Can Make a Difference' philosophies.

*Perform other duties as required.

*6 months of General warehouse experience - required.

These positions will require candidates to disassemble railroad bearings, inspect them for defects, reassemble and refurbish them, and prepare them for shipment. Responsibilities for this Manufacturing job include:

• Inspecting parts for defects to determine if they are good for future use.
• Manually separating components for proper distribution
• Use of precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers
• Preparing product for shipment
• Loading and unloading components into washer
• Collating and numbering parts for data purposes
• Operate computer and scanners to verify part information
• Standing for longer periods of time
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. consecutively
• Using various hand held devices such as buffers or hand grinders
• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a HS diploma or GED equivalent
• Stable and verifiable work history
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

We are recruiting for openings on 1st shift (5am-1:30pm) and 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm). Must be willing to work overtime as needed which may include weekends.

Pay for this position is $9.00/hr. This is a long term possible temp-to-hire opportunity.

MUST meet the following Qualifications:
- Perform a combination of duties with the maintenance of the business unit¿s equipment.
- Repairs, replaces, maintains, or adjusts a wide variety of standard and specialized machinery and mechanical hydraulic equipment, such as lathes, mills, and drills, both manual and CNC.
- Maintains HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
- Complete inspections, audits, checks, adjustments, and other procedures relating to safety, and security.
- Knowledgeable of safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to install machinery, teardown existing equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot, and/or repair and rebuild in a timely manner.
- Good interpersonal skills, an excellent team player, have a supportive attitude towards Flowserve policies and procedures, in all areas and demonstrate above average performance, and be highly motivated.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic shop math skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Skilled in fitting complex components such as bearings, spindles, etc.

Adecco is currently assisting a local company in Fairfield, PA for Finishing Technicians. The right candidate will be motovated and have a great attitude. Work schedule consists of 12 hour shifts with average weekly hours between 36 - 48 hours.
Successful candidates must be able to perform the following: lift 40 pounds continuously, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions and use vision in order to identify defects with or without reasonable accommodation. Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently with minimal supervision is required. Manufacturing experience (such as laborer, machinist, assembly, down piling, or bindery) and the ability to perform basic math calculations is preferred.

This position has the potential to move to an operator position for the right candidates and is contract to hire. Positions will start out at 11.00 an hour. Working 12 hour days - 3 days a week, and then 4 days the next week - every other weekend.

Duties:

Initiates non conformance reports for material to be out of part specifications
