•Ability to answer calls in a call center environment. Sit at desk, type call information into computer database.
•Greet callers with a pleasant phone voice, listen to questions and provide resolution
•Must show up on time, for every shift, and work until that shift is completed.
•Must work on the day of the Derby MAY 3RD 2014
•Must pass 7 year background check prior to start date
•Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
•Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
•Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
•Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.

Full training is provided and will be a 40 hour work week. Tuesday through Saturday 8 hour shifts. 1st shift 8:00 AM 4:00 PM & 2nd Shift 5:00 PM to 12:00 PM.

The part time work schedule varies. A typical shift is 4 hours for a total of 12-16 hours per week (generally 3-4 days). Saturday & Sunday hours should be expected. All three Major race days are required Saturdays.

•1st shift start as early as 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Work a 4 hour shift

•2nd Shift start as early as 5:00 PM to 12:00 PM. Work a 4 hour shift.

Pay for this position is $9.00/hr during training an up to the Kentucky Derby on May 3rd.

Pay for DERBY DAY, MAY 3rd is $12.00/hr

Pay is $11.00/hr after the Derby and through the Belmont Stakes on June 14th
