Space Planner

Adecco is assisting a major retailer in the Columbus, OH area with their search for a Space Planner who will be responsible for supporting the collection and housing of key elements of the assortment, including: floorset dates, store counts and minimum presentation quantity. The position will work cross-functionally with Assortment Planning, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Demand Forecasting and Inventory Deployment to establish the store choice relationships with the relevant store tier assignments or store groups which will then flow downstream through the Demand and Deployment system. The Micro Space Planner is responsible for providing analytical and execution support for the assortment planning process and will work on special projects as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assortment management and execution in JDA Intactix to ensure stores have appropriate assortment mix to merchandise store in line with customer preference and visual direction.
Create communication of assortment mix to stores to ensure in-store execution
Maintain reporting tools in support of store travel and field communication
Manage the Store Master Database by floor set as the hub of all pertinent store information including fixtures, assortment mix and in store tests
Manage in season store assortment mix changes due to store space and sales trend.
Generate and maintain sales and productivity analysis for stores, programs and key fixtures
Set up and manage market basket reporting to influence adjacencies as it pertains to key categories or styles
Measure productivity of key fixtures and determine optimal placement of product based on productivity
Attend testing alignment meetings and manage the store selection process as it pertains to our brand testing and initiative

Essential Functions

• Review WFM reports with Operations and Call Center teams to identify areas of opportunity and improved efficiency

Non-Essential Functions
• Assist in identifying root cause and protocols to address deviation
• Intra-Day and Historical reporting (Daily Performance Report and Individual Performance Report), including root cause analysis of service level deviations, action plan development and resolution
• Maintain and execute upgrades of the Monet Workforce Management System.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to collect labor and employee performance data via disparate systems into a single source of information and use that data to drive business decisions.

EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - MARKETING/COMMUNICATION

Executive Administrative Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Executive Assistant position in Cupertino, CA. This is a long-term temporary opportunity. As an Executive Assistant you will act as a liaison between the Senior Marketing and Communication Executives and internal/external communications. They will manage heavy calendars (iCal), field incoming requests from team members, and be on top of other daily operations in the Marcom studio. Prior experience working in a creative organization is required. MUST have agency experience.

Job Duties:
-5+ years of experience as a professional executive assistant gained from a creative environment is required.
-Heavy calendar management using iCal (experience with iCal is a plus!)
-Answer correspondence and redirect as needed to teams within Apple.
-Set up large team meetings and organize catering when needed.
-Organize team offsite meetings.
-Make travel arrangements with detailed itinerary management.
-Manage incoming Marketing Proposals and inquiries. This requires prompt screening and response, filing of hard copy requests, and overall management.
-Manage group printing stations and printing supplies.
-Manage group mail distribution.

Minimum Requirements:
-iCal experience, required.
-Numbers experience, required.
-Agency experience, required.
-Advanced Excel user, preferred.
-Superior verbal and written communication skills.
-Proven problem-solving abilities with challenging deadlines and priorities.
-Maturity to handle multiple tasks and confidential issues/material as well as communicate effectively with other Senior Executives and the Marcom team members.

Skills:
-Experience working in a creative environment (Ad agency/Marketing firm), REQUIRED
-Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously.
-Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times.
-Ability to thrive in a dynamic studio environment.
-Works well independently as well as with a team.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Strong ability to be discrete.
-Strong letter-writing skills a must.

Education/Experience:
-5+ years of experience as a professional executive assistant gained from a creative environment is required.
-Bachelor's degree, preferred.

Hours and Days for this position will be Monday – Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
