MUST have phone sales exp. and be comfortable in a call center environment. Need to have very good communication skills and STRONG accents are not a fit due to the clientele we are speaking with. Also, must have strong computer skills and prefer candidates that have worked with some type of Customer Database Program since they are pulling up customer info. and entering notes, etc.
