LMS Administrator

Seeking LMS Administrator responsible for managing LMS standard processes. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Troubleshooting end user issues with finding and completing training on the LMS

Collaborating with internal team for support issues related to LMS

Supporting other team members with various projects and training implementation

Updating transcript records to reflect enrollment and completion of training items

Uploading, testing and deployment of content to the Learning Management System.

Testing quarterly system upgrades, documenting issues and providing feedback on UI changes

Assisting in the education and guidance of training professional and subject matter experts in the implementation of standard and custom training solutions.

Typical duties will include, but not be limited to the following:

System Admin
Provide timely and efficient troubleshooting assistance to internal and external end users by investigating all questions/issues related to the LMS Systems (including, but not limited to connectivity, functionality and user issues) and take appropriate action for resolution.

Test system and courses to ensure reliability/availability. Track and submit system bugs/application issues to ensure prompt resolution; develop requirements, use cases and test scripts related to eLearning and support any internal validation and documentation efforts.
System Governance

Maintains LMS database integrity by implementing and enforcing standard procedures and practices to ensure consistent and well-integrated database infrastructure.

Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the LMS by relaying responses to technical problems, failures, errors, bugs, inadequacies and complaints of end users

Stay familiar with latest functionality and technology of the LMS. Work with end users to test new versions of the system. Conduct research and make recommendations to stakeholders regarding use of new features in the system.

Content Admin

Serve as one of the gatekeepers of all content uploaded into the LMS. This includes uploading and publishing content, testing content and deployment of final content in the live system. Content types to include: online courses, tests, surveys, evaluations, documents, ILT and curricula.

Create and produce LMS reports for Management, which reflect user activity, in support of compliance and audit processes within the organization.

Minimum of one (1) year of administering a Learning Management System or other SAAS systems

Position Description
The senior ITSM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting changes and customizations to the Company?s IT Service Management platform. The developer will serve as an expert for the Remedy team to advice on feasibility and methodology of integrating BMC Remedy IT Service Management. The developer will work within the internal teams to define requirements, design solutions, test and implement changes and support those changes in the Remedy test and production environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Application development, implementation and maintenance (i.e., near term support of the Remedy Application, version 7.x or higher with migration to 8.1 platform.)
- Responsible for successfully developing project implementations requiring integration with technical teams across organizations
- Document and analyze user and functional requirements and translate into technical requirement
- Transform technical requirements into application designs following Remedy best practices
- Develop and/or implement requirements as configurations or enhancements within the Remedy environment
- Build test cases; document developer, training and quick reference user guides, support guides etc.
