Maintains LMS database integrity by implementing and enforcing standard procedures and practices to ensure consistent and well-integrated database infrastructure.

Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the LMS by relaying responses to technical problems, failures, errors, bugs, inadequacies and complaints of end users

Stay familiar with latest functionality and technology of the LMS. Work with end users to test new versions of the system. Conduct research and make recommendations to stakeholders regarding use of new features in the system.

Content Admin

Serve as one of the gatekeepers of all content uploaded into the LMS. This includes uploading and publishing content, testing content and deployment of final content in the live system. Content types to include: online courses, tests, surveys, evaluations, documents, ILT and curricula.

General Overview: Product Manager Job The product manager works with the Insurance Vertical team to manage existing and bring to market new solution sets. There will be a particular emphasis on the development and launch of products that are associated with the Auto Insurance segmentation using credit-data. This objective of this strategy is to continue to leverage the 360 degree view of the consumer so that customers may properly manage the changing risk and opportunity of the consumer. This position is responsible for executing on the plans necessary to support the full life-cycle management of the Auto Insurance product portfolio to bring to market solution sets that can be “packaged” and delivered through our current distribution channels. These products/solutions may serve other industries outside of Auto Insurance, such as banking, and mortgage. The product manager will work with the Insurance Vertical team to understand market and customer needs and quantification of same, identification of new products and opportunities and their respective functions and features, enhancement or re-purposing of existing products and developing and executing on a product portfolio marketing strategy, inclusive of promotions, pricing and channel management. A specific emphasis for the product manager will be to work with the internal team to successfully launch new products or solutions and support the Insurance Vertical Strategy in collaboration with other business units as well. The product manager will be responsible for the lifecycle management of the current product portfolio. The position works across the organization, leveraging the skills and knowledge of pricing, product marketing, sales, market strategy, finance, and technology, as required to support the growth objectives of the Insurance Vertical Strategy. The product manager position also involves significant collaboration with the Insurance Vertical team around key growth areas such as risk and segmentation, credit-based risk scores, use of credit data for segmenting and quoting consumers and enhancing insurers marketing capabilities with Equifax data. Specifically, the initial focus for this position for 90 days will be the design, build, and go-to-market activities for assigned Growth Council project. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Product Planning:

*Supports the strategic full life-cycle product plans necessary to penetrate the various segments of the Auto Insurance market and to appropriately respond to competitive products and services.

*Builds and manages competitive matrix for each stage in the Insurance lifecycle

2. Product Management:
