Adecco is searching for outstanding customer service associates for a GREAT medical insurance company in Duluth. The right person is able to handle high volume of phone calls, and able to start work after a very short training period.

Qualifications:

- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED or 10+ years of equivalent working experience
-6+ months of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, or 6+ months of experiences in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform duties
-Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
-Must be able to work 8 hour shift from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday - Friday
-Must be willing to work the schedule provided by the workforce and this will change every three months
-Healthcare experience a plus
-COBRA experience a plus

Job Description-
Answer incoming calls from Health Care Providers and Members while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity. *****This position requires that you be able to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m, Monday-Friday.**** shifts will be given after training is over.

Position Responsibilities:
-Respond to provider and member calls
