Qualifications & Experiences:

-Bachelors degree or above in mechanical engineering or related fields.
-Minimum 5 years working experience in plastic tool development and/or tool design.
-Solid experience in plastic injection molding and resins applications. Ability to solve injection molding problems and/or improve efficiency of injection molding cycle time.
-Familiar with plastic tool fabrication processes, various tool steels and parts standards.
-Experience in managing tool shops or experience to develop tools with multiple suppliers.
-Sound knowledge of mechanical (plastic parts) design and/or experience in developing new products is preferred.
-Good understanding of tooling cost structure and/or experience in managing tool quotes.

Pre-Season
- Build/refine a class/sub-class plan based on guidance from Category and Attribute plans

- Partner with Merchants to create and maintain a seasonal theme-based assortment list and volume targets for dual channel and on-line exclusive assortment.

Responsibilities include:

Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewing teams, and serve as a liaison during the interview process.
Act as a liaison between candidates and interviewing teams.
Distribute interview schedules and resumes to the interviewing team.
Distribute all interviewing information, including recruitment packets, schedule and itinerary to the candidate.
Make all necessary travel arrangements for candidates.
Schedule and prepare all necessary documentation for partnership strategy meetings.
Conduct background checks and assist with references as requested.
Capture and update all relevant and pertinent information for candidate files; partner with brand HR to ensure candidate paperwork is in order prior to start date.
Record and maintain recruitment costs, including relocation expenses, fees and interview expenses.
Reconcile and process expense reports for members of the team.
Maintain weekly/monthly/yearly reports as defined.
Assists in the identification of prospective candidates using internet and database search techniques; tracks trends and movements within the industry.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years experience in a service oriented environment, preferably in staffing or human resources, including administrative support to multiple individuals on scheduling and projects.
Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office programs including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; database familiarity.
Meticulous attention to detail and follow through; high degree of accuracy.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, convey a positive personal and professional image.
High degree of flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle competing priorities, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives.
Display service oriented behavior responding to customer needs.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines.
