Job Summary:
Directs, plans and organizes all the day to day operations of the Associate Development Center programs, conferences, workshops and events. Provides full customer service on event planning while consulting with internal clients on all of their event needs helping identify, schedule and setup the appropriate room, audio visual needs, food requirements, materials, budgets, etc. Manages cross charges as well as external negotiations and contracts for all services needed within the Associate Development Center. Basic Responsibilities:
Direct, Plan & Organize all Associate Development Center Day to Day Operations:
- Consulting with internal customers regarding best space for their meeting based on room size and customer needs.
- Room setup for the event including materials needed and ensuring all rooms are fully equipped and audio visual equipment is in working order
- Ordering and coordinating all food and beverage requirements for the event including setup and cleanup
- Providing first level support for audio visual equipment and coordinating additional technical support as needed
- Coordinating security badges for out of town guests and External Training Facilitators as well as escorting them to the 4th floor
- Other responsibilities as necessary to meet our customer's needs

Basic Qualifications:
Education: High School degree or GED equivalent.
Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification preferred.

Experience:

*Two (2) plus years? experience in conference and/or large scale meeting management (in a business environment) which includes planning and coordinating all meeting details regarding food and beverage, room setup, audio visual and materials as well as negotiating/managing external vendors/contracts for catering, furniture rentals, etc.

*Experience in Outlook (scheduling meetings for themselves and others), Word and Excel (must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets with formulas). Preferred working knowledge of system to bill-back customers electronically.

*One (1) year plus experience with meeting reservation system preferred.

Sales Order Process

• Reconcile out of date Opportunities to orders
• Ensure appropriate approvals are in place prior to quote submission
• Ensure that any off-line pricing calculators and/or product-specific checklists are completed prior to quote submission
• Ensure agreed quotes/order forms are submitted with all relevant paperwork for processing, to the Order Management teams
• Partner with relevant groups to participate in pending book meetings
• Liaise with sales and clients for issues relating to customer administration issues

Maintain Client & User Data for Sales Order Administration

• Maintain accurate client site billing & location, and contact/user records on internal systems (Siebel)
• Monitor & cleanse sales order admin database regularly (Siebel)

Order Administration

• Ensure order form and checklist accuracy (including assigning of correct sales codes)
• Establish key client relationships in order to facilitate improved administration and customer satisfaction
• Collate checklist data, user data, product reference details, installation details, exchange requests, billing dates, sales codes, billing account contacts
• Review FT expires
• Submit contracts/order forms to Document Management Specialists/Teams to upload into document management systems (eg IXOS)
• Resolve internal & external admin queries (e.g. billing free permissions)
• Support DAD collection and Quote creation for DAD reconciliations

Manage & Resolve Admin Queries

• Resolve external & internal queries relating to quote and order status
• Assist clients with Data Access Declarations in conjunction with OMS

Interim Integration "Sales Process"

• Take responsibility for cross-selling orders across the organization as required
• Work with customer admin counterparts across the organization to ensure aligned system updates and sales reporting
• Manage documentation required for cross-selling scenarios
• Update the Opportunity for sales stages 4 - 6 in the absence of integration between TRUST, Siebel and Integrated Order Management
• Create indicative quotes

Qualifications:

• Degree/professional qualification Business Admin or equivalent work experience preferred
• English language plus other languages required according to local business requirements
• Proficiency in office suite and Siebel preferred
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to grasp technical concepts, understand diverse hardware platforms, operating systems, data communications and networking

Job opportunity for a Full Time Occupational Health Nurse in Berkeley, MO! Job Responsibilities: Provides nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns. Interview patient to identify reason for visit and obtain appropriate health history. Determine degree of urgency of presenting problem. Complete physical examination appropriate to problem and within scope of nursing practice and OHE Providers guide..Provides treatment under the medical directive of physician (e.g., dispense medication, administer immunizations and orthopedic appliances, start intravenous lines, provide wound care). Provides discharge instructions to patients. Issue medical recommendations/restrictions under the medical direction of physician.Provides medical testing such as EKGs, pulmonary function, phlebotomy, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, and vision and hearing screening for purposes of OHE, Wellness Program and performs limited interpetation of tests. Collects specimens for alcohol and drug testing.Records medical documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal record-keeping requirements (e.g., injury and illness reporting, leave of absence, return to work, workers'' compensation).Provides or recommends immunizations for travelers, and provide education and consultation on travel related health issues.Assists in coordination of return-to-work and disability management activities. Assesses employees for fitness for duty and return-to-work capability.Interfaces with employees, community health care providers, the HR organization, the Safety, Health, and Environmental Affairs organization, ergonomics specialists, worker compensation specialists, rehabilitation counselors, etc., to determine how to maximize the safety and well-being of employees.Provides disability case management, including facilitation of job accommodation for occupational cases.Refers patient to medical resource, identify specialist, and determine urgency and patient''s mode of transportation. Assists patient in scheduling appointments.
