Ensure that the policies, procedures and processes governing procurement? are being followed.
Identify, analyze and correct defective transactions in? the procure-to-pay process.
Identify process improvements that will reduce? cost and remove non-value added work.
Collaborate with Business Units to? understand their needs and how the Procurement Team can improve service levels and turn around times.
Develop and improve supplier relationships and? ensure that proper service, quality and cost expectations are established.
Promote the inclusion of minority business enterprises (MBE’s) to the? maximum degree possible.
Participate on teams that are formed for special? projects.
Perform other related duties as assigned.?
Required and Desired Skills

Associates degree or equivalent experience in Business,? Accounting, Finance is required.
Minimum of one year procurement experience? is required.
Ability to learn and follow procurement policies, procedures? and processes.
Strong verbal and written communication is required.?
Oracle experience is preferred.?
Familiarity with Six Sigma/Lean? process improvement is preferred.df-dc
