WELDER
$15-19/hr

2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

Shift Information
2nd shift: 3:30 pm to 12 am
CFD & Machine Shop: 3 pm to 11 pm

3rd shift: 12 am to 7 am
CFD (& Machine Shop when operating on 3rd) 11 pm to 7 am

Function:
This position is responsible for welding various metals to production standards.

Typical Duties:
- Position parts in jigs or fixtures on bench or welding positions.
-Maintain materials, equipment and the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
-Plan and perform diverse hand and machine welding and associated metal joining and processing operations to fabricate experimental or repair parts. Tools and other special equipment required for engine development or overhaul programs.
-Work from drawings, sketches, schedules and verbal instructions to select suitable welding equipment, holding devices, attachments and help tools required for joining process and make required settings to equipment, gas flows and other parameters to obtain quality welds.
-Prepare parts for welding, align and secure details, program computer controlled welding equipment, make up chill bars and shields. Determine sequence of operation and activate machine-welding cycle or manipulate hand-welding torch to complete welding cycle. Use portable welding equipment as required throughout assigned area.
-Read and interpret X-ray film or utilize black light process to determine extent of repairs required, build up finished machined surfaces and repair cracks and other imperfections.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
-Must have a minimum of 3 years TIG experience working with various metals.
-High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications:
-Must comprehend blue prints.
-Must be a team player and support work capacity within a fast paced work environment.

Additional Requirements:
-Must be a US citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or person granted status as an asylee (ITAR Guidelines).
-Must wear appropriate Protective Equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.
-Frequent standing, sitting stooping.
-Occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, reaching.

PROCESS TECHNICIAN (Electronic)

Shift Information

Function:
This position is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and processing production units.

Typical Duties:
-Tests products for load capabilities, mechanical characteristics, polarity, voltage, amperage, inductance, shorts, grounds, circuits continuity and physical properties.
-Troubleshoot analog and digital circuits. This position requires troubleshooting to the component level.
-Perform routine repair activities on avionics equipment including surface mount and thru hole solder repair.
-Must comprehend blue prints and schematics.
-Knowledge of electronic theory including microprocessor based products.
-Experienced in dielectric and hypot testing and safety measures involved when performing test.
-Must comprehend all ESS procedures and be proficient in performing the test.
-Recommend efficiency enhancements for fast paced electronic trouble shooting environment.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
-Must have an electronics background with 3-5 years complimentary work history in a manufacturing environment or service environment.
-High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications:
-Demonstrated proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers including triggering, waveform capture and comparisons.
-Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers including word processors and spreadsheets
-Must comprehend blue prints and schematics.
-Experienced in dielectric and hypot testing and safety measures involved when performing test.
-Knowledge of electronic theory including microprocessor based products.
-Must be able to give direction and guidance in electronic trouble shooting techniques and repair.
-Must be able to schedule trouble shooting activities to complement production requirements.
-Must be a team player and support work capacity within a fast paced work environment.

Additional Requirements:
