Typical Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for arranging travel details for field service personnel and making changes as required
• Track overseas shipments sent for the service department
• Track warranties, analyze, and follow up as required
• Set up warranty and service job numbers in Vantage as needed
• Enter contact reports, action items, or other data into OZ from homecoming service personnel
• Enter completed contact report sheets from the service help desk into the DMS server and file paper copies
• Monitor and ensure that passports and visas for all employees are kept up to date and sent out to be renewed in a timely manner so as not to impede travel requirements
• Monitor service email account to ensure quick and efficient response to service requests
• Maintain Training Matrix for Service Team personnel and arrange training as needed
• Assist accounting functions with processing of expense reports, billing, final acceptance documents, etc.
• Perform general office duties in support of the service department and others as assigned
• Work with customers, suppliers, and team members using cooperation, collaboration, and tact
• Maintain quality, precision, and safety by checking own work and paying attention to details, with a clear understanding of customer and team requirements
• Valid drivers’ license and insurability to drive company or rental vehicles
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or company managementdf-dc
