Job Summary:
The primary function of the Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure the maintenance and
repair of facility equipment including process machinery and building infrastructure. The
job will require requisition of repair and maintenance parts, scheduling and implementing
maintenance work and repairs. The Maintenance Supervisor must be knowledgeable in
operation, maintenance, and repair of general production machinery and facility
equipment.
Essential Functions:
• Machine Maintenance and repair – Scheduling machine clean out and preventative
maintenance. Updating the production schedule with maintenance performed. Cocoordinating
with outside repair vendors including Star, Maruka and Taiyo.
Maintaining and inventorying repair parts. Ensure proper oil levels in machines are
maintained. Repairs and corrects machine leaks.
• Create, document and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance
program
• In charge of floor cleaner and vacuum function and repair
• Performing routine maintenance on Mist Busters to ensure proper performance

• Process owner for periodic cleaning and refilling of parts cleaning sinks

heating and air conditioning, roof fan, plumbing and lighting fixtures, electrical service
