Fully knowledgeable of current programming languages, program design and specification development, programming logic, logic diagrams, system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage and internal systems. Performing integration tasks for in-house developed systems and/or purchased hardware and software solutions. Assisting customers with documentation, training and usability efforts.


Qualifications:


*Bachelor's degree in related discipline - required.

*Minimum of 4 years exempt experience in information services.

*Knowledge of SQL and experience working with applications on an Oracle database.

*Experience supporting and deploying applications (both Windows and Linux servers#.

*Ability to support and develop Java web applications #including intermediate Java/JavaScript/CSS/HTML knowledge#.

*Working knowledge of basic Linux commands and BASH scripting.

*Experience working with version control #GIT and SVN#.

*Working knowledge of XML and real-time integrations.

*Experience working with application security including SSL implementations.

*Experience working with software vendors to troubleshoot problems and provide customers.

*Knowledge of and the ability to apply data processing philosophies and techniques.

*Ability to identify systems deficiencies and recommend and develop new software/programs to correct the deficiencies.

*Ability to train and advise employees on the use of computers and software packages.

*Demonstrated ability to resolve mechanical/technical problems with emphasis on troubleshooting.

*Ability to work independently, to lead project development teams, and to identify and correct systems and program problems in a timely manner.

*Ability to reinforce high quality standards driven by company objectives.

*Ability to create and maintain an environment conducive to collaboration across corporate business units and service divisions.

*Ability to listen to others and communicate effectively.

*Preferred - knowledge of the finance industry and experience in project leadership is desired.

*Excellent communications skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail are a must.
