*Insure all received materials are forwarded to appropriate staff or
stocked/stored in appropriate locations

*Responsible for maintaining a neat, efficient, organized work area.
Participate in special projects within the Materials department.

*General knowledge of MRP systems and programs.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

*Minimum of five years materials experience with two years of supervisory
experience or related experience.

*Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
*Demonstrated know/edge of FDA regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 13485,
preferred

*Ability to prioritize tasks to meet required schedules and timelines.
Highly organized and the ability to maintain an organized and controlled
environment

This position will be full time, Monday-Friday and pay between $30-35 per hour.

*Responsible for adherence to and enforcement of Integra LifeSciences purchasing and record keeping policies.
*Monitor/maintain Vendor files. This includes contacting vendors for updated information as required.

*Work with internal parties to ensure invoice holds and invoice discrepancies are resolved quickly.

*Monitor/maintain blanket purchase orders.

*Issue resolution: ensure all required documentation is on hand ensuring prompt receipt, release, and invoice payment. Drive resolution of rejected materials, return to vendor, and support the Non Conformance process.
*Work with Receiving on receipt issues; prioritize Quality¿s Incoming Inspection activity as needed.
*Using ERP system plan and schedule delivery dates and quantities of material to support inventory and production requirements.
*Maintain MRP planning parameters.
*Perform other related duties as assigned: Backup/support for MRO Buyer, Warehouse, Cycle Counting, vendor files, and maintaining Kanban systems
*Perform other duties as assigned.
This Buyer position will be Monday-Friday, regular working hours and pay between $26-35 per hour.
