What will you do as an Adecco Client Service Manager?
· Provide leadership for team to optimize service to designated client in a high quality, cost-effective manner.
· Act as a liaison between the client and Adecco
· Manage the recruitment & sourcing activities
· Directs operations and compliance initiatives
· Communicates daily and weekly performance metrics to the client
· Performs customer service delivery to ensure that Key Performance Metrics are met
