Under the direction of the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, the Shipper packs and loads products and materials to be shipped and performs the final inspection process to ensure all shipments are accurate and shipped in accordance with company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Pack, crate or blanket wrap materials for shipment in accordance with the order ship list.
Perform accurate quality and quantity checks on all outgoing orders to ensure orders shipped are complete, accurate, and undamaged. Mark the product with identification numbers according to departmental procedures.
Move products to and from the warehouse
Process and maintain shipping records, including shipping bills and lists, manually and/or in the company computer to ensure accurate inventory of products. Track shipments with carriers as necessary.
Perform accurate on-line data entry for UPS services.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

A local leading organization is currently seeking an experienced Material Handler / CNC Operator in Fond du Lac, WI for a long term/temporary opportunity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Must be able to operate a forklift and obtain certification • Accurately identifies product by I.D sticker or tag and provides appropriate materials according to product schedule to CNC operator • Accurately maintain materials inventory tag and mark ship list Unloading and loading merchandise • Set Up CNC (measure bits and input the proper offsets) • Make adjustments to CNC’s work coordinator and off sets as needed to maintain accuracy and quality of parts • Check programs for specific details needed for setting up the CNC
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: • 2+ years of recent forklift operations experience • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds • Current Forklift operator certification – preferred • Previous Forklift operator certification - required • A valid state-issued driver’s License • Ability to work with little or no supervision • Basic computer skills • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Must be able to successfully complete a client specific background check
We have openings on the Second Shift Monday – Friday.
Pay for this position is $12-$14.50 depending on experience plus a $1.00 second shift premium. Training may take place on first shift and then the associate would be transitioned to second shift in approximately two weeks.
