I. Management Support Functions:
A. Acts as a liaison between the Operations Manager and Field Technicians in providing general day-to-day direction, coordination, communication and problem solving to assigned crew/team personnel to best meet production schedule and/or operational needs.
B. Keeps Operation’s Manager aware of concerns/issues warranting their knowledge, attention and/or direction.
C. Address general performance and/or behavioral concerns encountered than may warrant direction and/or correction. Report such issues to the knowledge and further attention of the Operation’s Manager. This may require participation in such meetings and/or discussions regarding such issues with the Operations Manager and Team Members so involved.
D. Provide input to Operations Manager regarding pertinent employee performance & development reviews
E. Participate in meetings, as warranted within this role and required by our company.
F. Report in at end of day to de-brief the day with Operations Manager.
G. Other duties as may arise and/or be assigned by Operations Manager.

II. Administrative Support Functions:
A. Ensures Daily Reports are neat, complete and handed in within a timely manner.

A. Is main company contact with customer, while at customer’s location. Conveys problems to Operations Mgr.

D. Final job site inspection and approval.

F. Implement company policies, procedures and processes that relate to this role. (This includes, but is not limited to phone usage, smoking, break & lunch periods, crew appearance, customer relations, etc.)
G. Watch for and correct any unsafe work conditions, habits and/or actions, equipment set up and/or use. Take appropriate corrective action and report such activities to Operations Manager.
H. Is responsible for appropriate distribution on any Bonus received from customer with appropriate team members and reporting such to Operations Manager.
I. Directs crew with shop related clean up, as warranted.
J. Other duties as may arise and/or be assigned by Operations Manager.

IV. Vehicle & Equipment Functions:
A. Main Driver of company vehicles to job site.
B. Checks vehicle periodically to ensure proper fluid levels, air pressure, lights in operation.
C. Informs Operations Manager of needed vehicle and/or equipment/tool repair, replacement, special servicing, etc.
D. Ensure truck and equipment is clean, in proper operation and orderly. (Delegate assistance in this task as warranted.)
