Adecco is sourcing for a great company seeking a Branch Manager / Mortgage Loan Officer here in Gillette, WY for a Federal Credit Union opening a branch.
The ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Interview, take application and process preliminary documentation on loan requests. Discusses loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and loan documentation is such a manner as to elicit positive responses from members. Underwrites consumer loans up to the amount assigned per Credit Union policy; reviews and approves underwriting decisions of subordinate personnel. Performs follow up work as necessary to achieve conditional approval within established time Hires, reviews, schedules, trains, and monitors the work of branch personnel; conducts perfomance reviews; allocates resources to meet operational needs within the department; reviews and approves, denies, or modifies department recommendations from subordinates.
Understanding of the foundation of determining credit worthiness. Knowledge of financial industry rules and regulations. Familiarity with title reports, insurance, and appraisals. Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA Rural Development, and FNMA/FHMLC guidelines.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business, or closely related field with a minimum of five years professional financial institution experience; or an Associate's Degree and 7 years closely related field.df-dc
